  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large can Milnot, stiffly beaten
  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Pour water over Jell-O.

    Chill until slightly thickened. Cream the sugar, cheese and vanilla. Add Jell-O and lemon juice. Mix well.

    Fold in stiffly beaten milk.

    Mix graham crackers and butter.

    Press firmly in bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill overnight.
