- 1 teaspoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sake
- 4 ounces round steaks
Directions

1Combine the miso, mirin, sugar and sake and spread on the beef.

2Cover in plastic wrap and chill overnight.

3Scrape the miso mixture off of the beef. Grill or broil until medium rare. Slice into strips.
