  • 5 hanks Fresh Chinese noodles
  • 25 grams Butter
  • 1 Corn on the cob
  • 1/2 Japanese leek
  • 1 Meat-miso
  • 5 Seasoned Soft-Boiled Eggs
  • 500 grams Char Siu
  • 1 Aji Moyashi
  • 2 liter Pork soup
  • 150 grams Miso
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine

    Combine all the miso sauce ingredients and mix well.

    Cut the leeks into small pieces, soak in water, then drain well.

    Boil the noodles in a generous amount of water.

    While they boil, warm the bowls.

    Put 1.5-2 tablespoons miso sauce in each bowl, then pour in about 400 ml of the soup.
