  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 (3.9 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • semi-sweet chocolate shavings (garnish)

Directions

    Combine first three ingredients.

    Press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.
