Ingredients

  • 1 c. baby lima beans, canned or fresh cooked
  • 1 c. cut green beans, canned or fresh cooked
  • 1 c. cut wax beans, canned or fresh cooked
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 4 small onions, sliced in rings
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small jar pimento, drained

    Drain vegetables and mix with pimento, green pepper and onions.

    In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.

    Bring to a rolling boil, remove from heat and cool.

    Pour over vegetables and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
