Mixed Berry Compote

  • 10.5 oz frozen blackberries
  • 10.5 oz frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup water until smooth
  • 1/4 cup toasted flaked almonds
  • None None yogurt, to serve

Directions

    In a saucepan, bring frozen berries and sugar to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add cornstarch slurry and cook over low heat, stirring, until slightly thickened. Let cool then distribute between serving dishes or glasses. Sprinkle with almonds and serve with yogurt.
