- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 lb. franks, sliced in thirds
- 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced in thirds
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar Ragu
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown beef and onion in large skillet.

2Drain off excess fat. Stir in franks, pepperoni, Ragu and mustard.

3Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Spoon into split, hollowed out submarine or hard rolls.

5Top with grated cheese. Place on foil pans or heavy-duty foil.

6Cover loosely and heat until rolls are warm and cheese melts.

7Makes 5 to 6 submarine rolls.
