- 1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
- 1/3 c. plus 2 level Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients.

2Pour into casserole and top with crackers mixed with margarine.
