- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 stick butter
- Parmesan cheese (or Cheddar), as much as you like
- Crackers or bread crumbs
Directions

1In a casserole dish, mix vegetables with mayonnaise, cheese and cover with crumbs of crackers or bread.

2Cut butter in cubes and evenly distribute on top.

3Bake in 350 degree oven until butter melts and top is a little golden (about 20 to 25 minutes).
