  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp basil leaves
  • 6 cup assorted cut up vegetables, such as asparagus, yellow squash, zucchini, red onion, sweet potato, and bell peppers

    Mix brown sugar, basil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl.

    In a large bowl, drizzle oil over vegetables.
