  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 3 small zucchini, sliced 1/8-inch thick
  • corn, cut from 3 to 4 ears, uncooked or 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn
  • 16 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dill
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    In large skillet, melt butter or margarine and lightly saute green pepper and onions.

    Add zucchini, corn and seasonings.

    Cook 5 to 8 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
