- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3 small zucchini, sliced 1/8-inch thick
- corn, cut from 3 to 4 ears, uncooked or 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn
- 16 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In large skillet, melt butter or margarine and lightly saute green pepper and onions.

2Add zucchini, corn and seasonings.

3Cook 5 to 8 minutes.

4Add tomatoes and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.

5Makes 6 to 8 servings.
