- 1 c. celery, cut into thin bite size strips
- 1 c. carrots, cut into thin bite size strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. cold water, combined with cornstarch
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- dash of pepper
Directions

1In medium saucepan, combine onion, celery, carrots, garlic, the 1 cup of water, bouillon granules, tarragon and pepper.

2Bring to boil; reduce heat.

3Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender.
