  • 1 c. fresh broccoli
  • 1 c. fresh cauliflower
  • 1 c. fresh baby carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • garlic, chopped (fresh or dried)
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Heat olive oil in skillet. Add ingredients in skillet along with the garlic and water. Cover and steam for approximately 5 - 8 minutes, depending on personal taste. Serve while hot.
