- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1-1/4 cups pecans
- 1 cup milk
- whipped cream
Directions

1Mix crumbs, sugar and margarine or butter in small bowl.

2Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan; set aside.

3Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; refrigerate until slightly thickened.

4Chop 1 cup pecan halves; set aside.

5Beat cheesecake filling, milk and dissolved gelatin in medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed for 3 minutes.

6Stir in chopped pecans.

7Pour into prepared crust.

8Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.

9Garnish with whipped cream and remaining pecans.
