Mocha Pudding (Low Sugar)

  • 2 (1 1/2 ounce) packages sugar-free instant pudding mix (chocolate flavor, JELL-O brand recommended)
  • 3 tablespoons instant espresso powder
  • 2 cups 2% low-fat milk (cold)
  • 4 tablespoons fat free Reddi-Wip topping (Extra Creamy style preferred)

Directions

    Beat dry pudding mix, espresso powder and milk with whisk 2 minutes.

    Gently beat in Reddi-Wip.

    Pour mixture into 8 dessert dishes (or cute mugs).

    Refrigerate until ready to serve (at least one hour), then garnish with additional Reddwip if desired and a sprinkling of espresso powder.
