- 1/4 Maxin 100% freeze dried coffee
- 1/4 c. rum
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 c. fine vanilla
- wafer crumbs
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1 c. unsifted confectioners sugar
- dash of salt
Directions

1Dissolve coffee in rum and water in a bowl.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix throughly.

3Roll into balls, using a rounded teaspoonful of mixture for each.

4Store in tightly covered container for several days.

5Then roll in additional confectioners sugar.

6Yields 4 dozen rum balls.
