- 3 pounds chicken cleaned*
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons mochiko
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce Chinese
- 2 eggs

- green onions Chopped
- 7 tablespoons seeds Seasame, to taste
Directions

1Mix all of the ingredients with the cut up chicken in a large bowl, stir well to coat all of the chicken.

2Marinate for two or three hours.

3Fry in a large skillet as you would with normal fried chicken until golden brown.
