  • 1/4 c. mochiko
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. ajinomoto (optional)
  • 1/4 c. shoyu
  • 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 to 3 chili peppers, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
