- 2 lb. ground round
- 1 pkg. El Paso taco seasoning
- 1 can El Paso green chilies
- 1 pkg. fat-free pizza cheese
- 1 can El Paso fat-free refried beans
- Breakstone fat-free sour cream
Directions

1Brown ground round and season with taco seasoning.

2Lay fajita shell on counter.

3Smooth on beans; top with little chilies. Smooth on beef; top with cheese.

4Roll up and place on baking sheet with ends down.

5Bake approximately 15 minutes at 325° or until edges turn brown.

6Serve with Mexican rice (omit butter) and chopped lettuce and tomatoes.

7Garnish with fat-free sour cream.
