  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce (reduced sodium)
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 3 c. Belgian endive, chopped (4 heads)
  • 6 c. romaine, torn (2 heads)
  • 1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
  • 1 1/3 c. chopped tomato

Directions

    Put garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice in a salad bowl and whisk thoroughly.

    Add endive and romaine; toss to coat.
