- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 4 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans drained tuna or 1 lb. crab meat
Directions

1Saute vegetables in oleo.

2Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and soup.

3Cook 30 minutes on low heat.

4Season with salt, red pepper and garlic powder.

5Add tuna or crab meat and juice of 1/2 lemon.

6Cook 15 minutes more.

7Serve in chafing dish with Ritz crackers.
