Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can asparagus cuts, drained
  • 1 c. finely seeded and chopped tomato (about 1 large)
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. nonfat mayo or salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 6 drops red pepper sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 tsp. horseradish

    Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes about 1 cup dip.
