- 1 c. finely seeded and chopped tomato (about 1 large)
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. nonfat mayo or salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 6 drops red pepper sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 tsp. horseradish
Directions
