Directions

   Place roast in glass pan.

   Rub in salt, pepper and any seasonings you prefer.

   Place, uncovered, in 375° preheated oven for 1 hour.

   (Do this mid-afternoon.)

   After 1 hour, turn off oven but do not open oven door.
