Mock Tacos

Directions

   Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion and black olives.

   Spread thin coating of mixture on a tortilla.

   Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.

   Add a thin layer of ham.

   Roll the tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap.

   Place in refrigerator overnight.

   Continue process until cream cheese mixture is used.

   Cut into 1-inch slices to serve.
