  • 1 large sweet potato (1 lb./450 g), cut into chunks
  • 1 Yukon gold potato (1/2 lb./225 g), cut into chunks
  • 2 cups small cauliflower florets Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
  • 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 2 onions, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 lb. (450 g) fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cooked
  • 3/4 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Cook potatoes and cauliflower in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min.

    or until potatoes are very tender.

    Meanwhile, brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

    Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with asparagus.

    Microwave Cheez Whiz in large microwaveable cup on MEDIUM 1 to 1-1/2 min.

    or until heated through, stirring after 1 min.

    Drizzle over asparagus.
