  • 1 can baby eels
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 lime

Directions

    Place the baby eels and flour in a resealable plastic bag. Close the bag and shake it vigorously.

    Open the bag and make sure the eel is covered with the flour.

    Fry the eels in plenty of hot oil for 30 seconds. Remove the excess oil with paper towel.

    Season with salt and black pepper. Serve with lime wedges.
