  • 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • pinch of sage
  • pinch of thyme
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

    Saute over medium heat, stirring constantly, 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned;
