- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped celery leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- pinch of sage
- pinch of thyme
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
