  • 1 (12 ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk
  • 12 cup egg substitute
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup flour
  • 1 12 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 34 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 shakes salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350; convection oven to 325F Spray pie plate with cooking spray.

    Mix everything until smooth.

    Pour into plate.

    Bake 50-55 minutes or until butter knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool at least 30 minutes.
