- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. dried celery
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 18 c. white bread (cube 36 slices)
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1In a 5 to 8 quart saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter over medium heat until tender, about 8 minutes.

2Remove from heat; add bread and remaining ingredients.

3Mix well.

4Stuff 12 to 16 pound turkey or put stuffing in 9 x 13-inch pan covered with foil and bake in 325° oven for 45 minutes.

5Good for any bird.
