  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 sm. can (1 c.) cream-style corn
