- 1 dash salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup nuts
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and sugar.

4Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

5For icing, cook sugar, butter and evaporated milk two minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
