  • 2 sticks butter (1 c.)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream (not whipped)
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla butternut flavoring

    Cream sugar and butter; beat well at high speed.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.

    Reduce speed and add flour and cream alternately.

    Add flavoring.

    Bake at 325° in a well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan for 1 hour and 25 minutes (or more).
