  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 15 ounces, weight Can Pumpkin
  • 3-1/3 cups Flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2/3 cups Water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and mix. Add pumpkin and mix.

    Sift the flour, salt, and baking soda together and add to the liquid mixture. Mix.

    Add cinnamon and nutmeg; mix.

    Add water and mix.

    Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350F for at least an hour, until a tester comes out clean.
