- 120 grams Bitter chocolate
- 70 grams Butter
- 90 grams Sugar
- 2 Eggs (room temperature)
- 70 grams Cake flour
- 10 grams Cocoa
- 2 grams Baking powder
- 40 grams Walnuts
Directions

1Roast the walnuts at 160C in the oven for 10 minutes.

2Cut any large walnuts.

3Combine the butter and chocolate in a bowl, wrap with plastic, and microwave until the chocolate has completely melted (about 1 minute?).

4Mix well.

5Add the sugar and eggs, and beat in a circular motion using a whisk.

6Combine and add the ingredients.

7Add the walnuts, switch to a rubber spatula and mix well.

8Pour into a pan lined with baking paper.

9Cook at 170C for 20 minutes.

10It's all done.

11Cool well then cut into pieces of your desired size.
