2fill anout half full of oil and heat oil.

3make slit marks in each fish like u would in a ham

4salt each fish generously

5when oil is heated cook one at a time.

6slowly lay a fish in the oil and do not move, let cook about 4 minutes then carefully turn to other side.

7repeat for each fish, when serving make sure to eat with caution these fish have a lot of bones...
