- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 24 olives
- 2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.)
- 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimientos
- 2 1/2 lb. onions, sliced
- 4 lb. favorite fish
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic
Directions

1Add the first 9 ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 1 hour (moderate heat).

2Cook fish (season before cooking with salt and garlic).
