Molded Cantaloupe Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 envelope low calorie orange gelatin
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • 1 c. cantaloupe balls
  • 1 c. honeydew melon balls

Directions

    Pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until gelatin is dissolved.

    Stir in orange juice and ginger.

    Refrigerate until slightly thickened.

    Stir in melon balls.

    Pour into 6 individual molds and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Unmold to serve. Serves 6.
