  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. Milnot
  • 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. walnut halves

Directions

    Cook sugars, Milnot and syrup to a soft ball, 236° on candy thermometer.

    Cool to 110°.

    Add butter and vanilla.

    Beat until it starts to lose its gloss.
  5. 5
    Add nuts and coat.
