- 5 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- unbaked deep dish pie shell
- 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese (save 3/4 c. for top)
- 1 small can Durkee fried onions (have 1/4 c. for top)
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Put into an unbaked pie shell in this order:

3cheese and onion rings mixed together and celery and green pepper mixed together.

4Beat eggs until just blended; add milk and mustard.

5Pour over other ingredients.

6Bake for 45 minutes.

7Top with remaining cheese and onion rings as soon as quiche comes out of the oven.
