- 10 cups bread cubes (I use a combination of white and whole wheat bread)
- 1 big onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 14 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- 14 cup chicken stock
- 12 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Directions

1Melt butter in fry pan over medium heat.

2Add onions and celery, browning for about 10 minutes or until it looks glossy.

3Toss with bread cubes in large bowl together with remaining ingredients.

4Stuff into turkey.

5This tastes better if you make it the night before and refrigerate it before stuffing the bird.
