- 6 cups milk
- 23 cup rice
- 23 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine Milk, Rice, and Sugar in large pot.

2Cook at medium heat until milk is not yet all absorbed.

3(could take 45 minutes to 1 hour.

4Half way through add the Vanilla.

5Stir occasionally.

6When almost done it may start scorching bottom of pot.

7take off heat and pour into seperate bowls.

8add cinnamon on top (optional).

9refrigorate for few hours (best overnight).
