Ingredients

  • 2 bags bread cubes, unseasoned
  • 8 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 5 tablespoons parsley
  • 3 tablespoons dried dill weed
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 4 grated carrots
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1 14 cups oleo

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in oleo(which is 1.5 sticks) until slightly tender.

    Boil 2-3 c water and mix everything well, add enough of the boiling water to make it soft.

    Add grated carrots last.

    Spray pice of wide aluminum foil with cooking spray and fold up stuffing into it.

    Put small amount of water about 3-4c adn 3 chix bouillon cubes in bottom of roasting pan.

    Also put 10-15 holes in the foil so the stuffing steams in a stove top roasting pan or in oven at about 325F Apprx 2-3 hours cook time.
