- 2 teasp. sugar
- 2 teasp. cornstarch
- 4 teasp. dry sherry
- 4 teasp. hoisin
- 2 teasp. rice vinegar
- 1.5 teasp. chili paste
- 1/2 teasp. salt
- 2-3 teasp. peanut oil
- 2 tablesp. minced garlic
- 2 tablesp. minced ginger
- 1.5-2 pounds skirt steak thinly sliced ax grain
- 16 green onions ... green part only put into small 1 inch slices

2combine first 8 ingredients and whisk until smooth

3heat peanut oil

4add ginger, garlic and beef... saute 2 mins until beef is browned

5add onions, saute 30 secs.
