- 1 c. lukewarm milk
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
- 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in milk.

2Stir in sugar, salt, oleo and flour. Beat well.

3Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (about 1 hour).

4Punch dough down and roll out to 1/4-inch thick.

5Cut in diamonds about 2 1/2-inches long.

6Dip each piece in melted oleo and arrange in layers in a tube pan.

7Let rise until doubled.

8Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

9Tear off pieces instead of cutting.
