- 1 recipe Coffee Cake Dough
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
- confectioners sugar frosting
Directions

1Blend brown sugar and instant coffee.

2On lightly floured board, divide dough into 24 equal pieces.

3Dip each piece in melted margarine; roll in brown sugar mixture.

4Place 12 pieces in bottom of well-greased 10-inch tube pan.

5(If pan has removable bottom, line with aluminum foil.)

6Arrange second layer of 12 pieces on top of first layer.

7Cover; let rise in warm place, free from draft, until doubled in bulk, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

8Bake at 375° for 40 minutes, or until done.

9Remove from pan.

10Drizzle with frosting while warm.
