- 4 (10 oz.) cans biscuits
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. raisins (optional)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. pecan pieces
- 1 1/4 sticks butter
Directions

1Mix together sugar and cinnamon.

2Quarter each biscuit and roll in sugar mixture.

3Layer biscuits and pecan pieces in a well-greased Bundt or tube pan.

4In a saucepan combine brown sugar, butter, vanilla and remaining tablespoon cinnamon.

5Boil for 1 minute and pour over biscuits and pecans.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

7Invert onto serving plate.

8Eat with fingers.

9Pull apart.

10You can add 1 cup raisins with pecans if desired.
