Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 6 c. flour
- 3 sticks margarine
- 1 c. shortening
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let cool.

2Dissolve shortening in boiling water and let cool.

3Mix two mixtures together.

4Add sugar, eggs and salt; beat.

5Gradually add 6 cups of flour.

6Let rise until double in size, then knead dough for 10 minutes.

7Roll dough out to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness.

8Cut dough in small pieces (to look like dumplings).

9Dip each piece of dough into melted margarine.

10Distribute pieces evenly into tube pans and let rise again.

11Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

12Wrap bread in foil to keep fresh.
