  • 1 1/2 ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 4 c. Fritos
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Brown beef in skillet; drain. Add onion, salt and tomato sauce. Simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Place 3 cups Fritos in 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top. Pour meat sauce over chips and cheese. Top with remaining Fritos and cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. When serving, add lettuce, tomatoes and olives as toppings.
