  • shredded Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese
  • shredded lettuce
  • diced tomatoes

Directions

    Charbroil or bake the chicken breasts after washing. Dry by patting with paper towel. Salt and pepper.

    After seasoned chicken is done, then top with shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Can melt cheeses over chicken in microwave oven.

    Top with shredded lettuce and diced chicken.
