  • 4 each Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup Colby Jack Cheese blend
  • 8 slice Bacon
  • 2/3 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Chives

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375F, while heating, Pound Chicken Breasts with tenderizer to flatten.

    (This helps chicken get tender & juicy and hold toppings)

    Bake Chicken for 20 minutes on a baking pan (use foil and non stick spray before placing chicken onto pan)

    Fry Bacon while chicken cooks.

    (Do not burn)

    Pull chicken from oven, drain juices, cover with BBQ sauce.

    Lay 2 strips bacon in an X pattern on top of BBQ sauce, sprinkle with diced tomatoes, then sprinkle cheese over tomatoes covering the chicken breast.

    Turn oven to broil and allow to heat up.

    Place Chicken under broiler until cheese melts.

    Remove from broiler and sprinkle with chives!
